If you've been paying attention you may recall that Pie Test #4, while turning out a delicious pie, was not such a success on the scientific front.
The next pie, number five of our grand pumpkin experiment, was successful on both counts...yummy and scientific.
The pie was just as good as the previous ones, and I could not really tell a difference from the previous ones. Perhaps in a side by side test, I would notice the difference. But that's not how we're doing this.
Next up: sweetening only with Splenda.
